Up to 6-month program
A full 6-month Skillbridge program gives you the best opportunity to learn from Masego’s project leaders.
Direct Training
As a Skillbridge participant, you work alongside the Masego team to produce real results for ongoing projects and deliverables.
Professional Development
Masego’s Skillbridge program functions on a corporate level, so you will be expected to learn and adopt the best practices of a small business.
VA Guidance
Masego’s staff is 78% veterans, so you have a direct line to ask questions about working with the VA.
Fully Remote
Masego offers fully remote Skillbridge training programs to make your Skillbridge participation as easy as possible.
Flexible Hours
Remote training means you set your own schedule, and project leaders work with you to help you manage appointments and workload.
Eligibility Requirements
Service members eligible to participate in the Skillbridge program must meet the following basic requirements:
Currently on active (or eligible reserve/national guard) duty, with at least 5 months remaining
Have permission from their command to participate
Have a background/interest/experience that aligns with Masego’s staffing and hiring needs
