Bobby Crutchfield

  • Bobby Crutchfield has been Chief Executive Officer of Masego Inc. since its founding in 2013 with his father, Robert Crutchfield Senior.

    Mr. Crutchfield is a geospatial intelligence professional, with over 20 years of industry experience at Masego, The US Army, BAE Systems, and SAIC.

    Mr. Crutchfield received an M.B.A. from George Mason University and a B.S. in Military Intelligence from Wayland Baptist University. He is a veteran of both the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars.

Robert Crutchfield Sr.

  • Robert Crutchfield Sr. founded Masego Inc. in 2013 and serves as Chief Experience Officer. Mr. Crutchfield has over 30 years of local, state, and federal contract administration experience. Prior to establishing Masego, he served as an executive officer for two other successful small businesses in Las Vegas. Mr. Crutchfield received his B.S. in Psychology from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Mike Rowson

  • Mike Rowson joined Masego in 2019 as a Senior Human Geographer. He has served as NGA Site Lead since 2021, and COO since 2022.

    Mr. Rowson has over 20 years of geospatial intelligence experience, including with Masego, The US Air Force, Booz Allen Hamilton, BAE, and Radiance Technologies.

    Mr. Rowson received his B.A. in Geography from George Washington University.

Mary Parnell

  • Mary Parnell has served as Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 2013.

    Ms. Parnell has over 30 years of accounting and financial experience, with Masego, The University of Mary Washington, and her own firm, Accounting Business Consulting (ABC) Solutions.

    Ms. Parnell holds an M.B.A. from Sanford University and a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Masego is proud to announce Joseph Maqueda as our Employee of the Quarter! Joseph has been an invaluable member of our team since before the pandemic, demonstrating unwavering dedication and resilience as an essential employee. His commitment to supporting the NGA within the 24/7 Operations Center has been nothing short of remarkable—he has not missed a single day of work.

Joseph is a former Army GEOINT Analyst, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our operations. His background has allowed him to excel in high-pressure environments, where his analytical skills and attention to detail have made significant contributions to our mission.

Throughout his tenure at Masego, Joseph has continuously gone above and beyond, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike. His proactive approach and teamwork exemplify the core values we uphold at Masego.

Outside of work, Joseph is passionate about taking care of veterans and enjoys spending time with his dog. We are grateful for all that Joseph does and are proud to have him as a vital part of the Masego family.
